intuitive cooking with the moon

  • 688 Queensberry Street North Melbourne (map)

My intention with these workshops is to support a practice of nurturing our intuition.

Connecting to our intuition through food (and vice versa) helps us become more present and attuned to what we need to feel nourished.

This session falls on a full moon lunar eclipse in Pisces — a potent time for reflection, release, and deep emotional clearing. Under this energy, we’ll invite in softness and creativity while letting go of what no longer serves us — in our cooking, in our habits, and in our lives.

We’ll begin with a tarot pull and intention-setting, reflecting on what we wish to release under this full moon. From there, we’ll explore our relationship with cooking, learn about seasonal produce, and co-create a menu after tuning into what we feel like. As we cook, we’ll talk about what makes a cohesive meal, and learn ways to recognise when consistency, flavour, balance, and texture are working to achieve this. I will also share ways to set up your kitchen and store food to make intuitive cooking easy and affordable.

To close the evening, I’ll share what the full moon means for us and how we can work with its energy. I’ll guide you through a release-and-let-go ritual that you can continue to use with every full moon.

My hope is that these workshops help you develop your own intuitive cooking practice — turning cooking from a chore into a creative, nourishing ritual — and offer a space to connect more deeply with yourself, your intuition, and the community around you.
